Anyone else bought this and noticed the problems with metallic objects, such as Ursula Andress tiara, appears to be quite a lot of `glittery` effects (it`s the only way I can describe them), on movement in scenes. It`s very disappointing as it was one of my favourites from years ago...................Yes, I know, it`s a bit sad!
I too was disappointed with this release (along with Dracula P.O.D.) I think the effect you are talking about is called alaising, where an object appears and disappears when moving between pixels, instead of a smooth transition. This was probably not helped by the 2.35:1 picture not even being anamorphic.
Still a good film though :)
tenebrenz, sorry to take so long responding to this thread (inputting into to many threads in one go!), but, as you say, it`s a pity they didn`t see fit to make it `anamorphic`, but you never know, it may get re-released some time.
