I haven`t. Just wondering what you thought of it.

Mate at work went to see it 2 nights ago and said it was hilarious. So I might watch it this weekend.

Dying to see it, love Armando`s work. 8)
Just don`t think it`s worthy of a cinema trip though.
I like to save that for `blockbusters` and watch stuff that doesn`t benefit from the big screen on DVD at home.

I am Iannucci`s arse boy...

Know what you mean, but I almost think that I should be supporting quality film-wrangling like this.

Still haven`t seen it. Not actually checked if it`s on locally.

Saw it yesterday, and thought it was great - can`t remember laughing so much in the cinema for a long time. But it does push all the Guardian-reading liberal (yes, that`s me!) buttons - insider Labour politics, the Iraq war etc., so probably not one for the right-wingers. Also don`t go it if strong language offends (as they say about Roy `Chubby` Brown`s shows!).

Watched this on DVD last night and I p***ed myself. Seriously, haven`t laughed that hard at a film in years. Tailed off a bit towards the end, but still brilliant. That bird from My Girl turned out all right as well.

This never came to my cinema, so will have to make a point of seeing it now.

Ludicrously, I read the comment about the girl from My Girl and my first reaction was, didn`t she die or something? I`ve never even seen the film, but know that her character does, this is where you know too much about films and know the plots of films you haven`t even seen!

As a side not I remember when My Girl came out I used to well fancy her, but this is acceptable as I have just confirmed that she is 3years older than me. Phew!

I watched it the other day and thought it was absolutely brilliant!

I had never even heard of The Thick Of It until I looked this up on IMDB... can`t wait to get those now.

"F***ity-bye!" :D

I found it consistently funny and a bang-on satire of the ridiculous machinations that can lead to war. I`m being sent the BD to review so look forward to seeing it again.

You`ll have to give it back if the request I received is any indication. Everyone is being very tight with check discs lately.
