is it actually different from the uk version...cause it says it was cut for the american market...so thats it is it different from uk version

The current UK version is the cut one. It is cut by almost 30 minutes.


The US has 2 versions, one called "The Professional" which is the same as the UK cut. The 2nd version is called "Leon: The Professionl: Uncut International Version", this is the extended uncut version. The uncut one looks like this: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00004YYDI/?tag=myrev09-21

if you can get the international one,do so.its brill.
deals more with the relationship between matilda and leon both personal and professional.makes the film more interesting.
