Page 1 of The Phil Silvers Show Released at Last

My all time favorite show has a release at last, 1st season anyway :), For me this is even after 50 years head and shoulders the best written, and sharpest comedy show period and 34 episodes on 5 discs digitally remastered has me a very happy chappy. A steal at £16 quid from play released on 6th of next month, cant wait :):):)

I remember many years ago reading an newspaper article about how Phil Silvers (after his career had finished) kept watching these time and time again and crying and thinking how things use to be.

Truly great comedy though.
