Deal includes ILM, THX, Skywalker Sound and includes rights to Indiana Jones etc.
If they do 3 more, then with any luck they`ll do the Trawn trilogy :)

Update: We`re listening in to Disney`s conference call right now, andDisney just confirmed that Industrial Light & Magic and Skywalker Sound are included in the transaction. It also confirmed a long-term plan of releasing a new feature Star Wars film every two to three years — beyond the planned Episodes 7, 8, and 9. Disney also confirmed some other plans for the franchise, including placement in its gaming and television business as well as its parks and resorts business.

includes rights to Indiana Jones etc.Seeing as Lucas already allowed them to use SW and Indy in several of their park rides and attractions, it was probably a given the two houses would merge at some point
There`s a conference call going on right now about the deal

The latter. I`ve no love for the Empire I can tell you.
The only positive I can see is the possibility of a real original trilogy BD release. Of course it`ll be overprice, censored, have fewer extras than the rest of the world and go on a ten year moratorium about a week after its release...
Actually, I`ve just had an idea: live action The Force Unleashed. Witwer is already the voice and facial model, so they have their lead.

If the prequels didn`t kill off any idea that Star Wars was a sacred protected quality franchise, surely the Currys ads have? :)
