3D Blu Ray disc recommendations please
Except the crapfest that was Avatar as it bored me so much in 2D I can`t describe!!
Anywhoo, I have no 3D discs in my collection and if this projector arrives as planned later today the only 3D test material I have is BLOPS2 on PS3 and the test signal from Sky 3D....

Wasn't Toy Story 3 made in 3D?
Can't believe you hated Avatar! I loved it, was like a Disney movie for grown ups.

Hugo has some great 3D and you can pick it up for £5-6.

I`m no fan of 3D, but from what I hear Dredd is a good example (and it`s quite cheap now). It looks rubbish in 2D because of the elevated brightness, but when viewed in 3D it apparently looks very nice and has some decent depth of field stuff. Amazing Spider-Man is also a good bet. I`ve heard people say Avengers is good as well. I imagine things like Despicable Me and any CGI film will look pretty good in 3D as well (at least as far as is possible).
Enjoy the crosstalk ;)

Monsters Inc. is also on my hit list I think, got the Toy Storys and the Harry Potters in 2D so not going to re-dip for them, Jaws 3D might be a nostalgia trip for me, the double D stuff our resident pervs are pushing are definitely gonna get missed! lol
That is, if I ever get the 3D glasses and emitter... see other thread!

Heh, there is no Jaws 3D release ;) Avengers was digitally censored in the UK because Disney stuffed up and used the German master, then denied it. It was only a minor edit at the end of the day, and if you never saw it at the cinema you probably wouldn`t even no anything had been removed, but once you know it`s gone it is annoying as hell.

Titanic is very good in 3D. I know it wasn`t originally shot that way but the conversion is spot on. Avengers also is a good example to show off too. And for nostalgia, try creature from the black lagoon.
