Page 1 of Best Xbox Modchip?

I am about to get my xbox chipped in the next few days, but with so many chips on the market I am very unsure about which one is the best?

I want it to do the following things:
Play import and uk originals.
Multi-region playback of dvds without having to buy a american dvd playback kit.

Can anyone give me any other info on this?
