Page 1 of Anyone played Ninja Gaiden yet?

This game is rock hard!.....after playing the demo, i thought it was going to be just a button bashing frenzy, killing all the baddies to progress in the game but i am glad to say it is not.

You do need to bash those buttons but there is tactics involved....you need to block , counter and attack, the bosses are a real challenge and take a few shots to beat.

The game can get so hard, you just want to pick up the TV and throw it out the window!

But this is what makes the game, you appreciate it more once you have beaten the levels or bosses.

There is some puzzle elements to the game which are quite easy to sort out, and are needed to keep the game seperated from the sword slashing mayhem.

I am hooked on this game....i can`t put the control pad down.

Dont know if it is better than Onimusha 3 yet but it is very close.

This is the best looking game ever released, also the FMVs have got to be mentioned....they look fantastic!.......but nothing comes close to the opening sequence in Onimusha 3.

yeah ive left it alone for a bit am on chapter 12 or 13 now and loved it so far

the bosses for a start are like those in an old school game, u have to find the pattern to take them down etc....not to spoil it like but there was one i was having a nightmare with....until i found hit him when he is doing something....then his head hits the deck and u proceed to pummel him a bit :) if youre there u`ll know where i mean....red laser beam and wind :)

will have a crack again soon just bin sidetracked by some other things, but a superb game all round.....now those damn black ninjas know to fear the counter attack lol

amazing game but rock hard.button bashers need not apply.
shame the british version is being censored and has been delayed till may.
makes tenchu look like a psx game.
