Page 1 of PSP Wi Fi Connection Help*

Hi,

Can anyone help me as I`ve recently purchased a Datel WiFi for my psp and am trying to connect to the internet from my pc!

I am running Windows ME Home Edition and have an ADSL modem connected to BT Yahoo Broadband. I am getting a strong signal to the dongle from my psp when I perform a scan, but keep getting a connection failure. I`m not sure if I need to manually input IP settings into my psp as I`ve tried both automatic and manual without success!

Has anyone out there in the UK managed to connect their psp with a datel wifi running bt broadband and has windows me, Please can you help!!

I have not done it with a Datel thing as I have a netgear wireless router. It was an absolute bitch to set up though and I dont use it now for anything as its really slow (I dont think its the connection) and the screen is too small for most sites so difficult to navigate.
I ended up setting it up manually but had to do it loads of times before it worked. I never changed anything really I just kept trying.
I know that doesn`t help you but its my 2p`s worth
