Page 1 of Football Manager PSP

bought this on Friday and played it over the weekend only to realise that I`m crap at management. Anyone play it and have any general tips? I am managing Accrington in the conference and managed to win all of my friendlies but now keep losing. I have no idea what to change to make an impact (I even got the vote of confidence from the board :/ )

You wont have much cash to spend as Accrington so scour the transfer market for bargains. There are a few young kids available (usually European) that are brilliant, cost nothing and you can sell them for a fortune a few years later. Johan Iverson is one, can`t think of others offhand and my PSP is out of juice so can`t check. Make sure you get a few loan signings in as well.
