Hi Got an Xbox 360 from Santa and i was wondering if i can play games from the U.S or is it region coded?

Entirely up to the developer if they want to region lock.

Very good question, because the strange thing is Play Asia have some games where there is a multi region version and a region locked version. Seems very strange they are making some games with both locked and unlocked versions, I can understand either or but not both.
