Don`t know but from what I heard, it showed the real power of good marketing and although looking nice, Assassins Creed sold far more than its quality really deserved.

they`re all different types of game, so depends what type of game you like!
Score alone Mass Effect is the one that stands out,
Assassin`s Creed, supposed to be good but a bit flawed.
Kane and Lynch, was supposed to be good, but is apparently broken.

I haven`t played them, that`s what I read, I`d go for Mass Effect

I got AC and ME for xmas, AC has stunning visuals and tbh this has meant the ME hasn`t even made it out of the case yet...

AC is very good once you`ve had a few sittings and know how it works. ME looks like it could eat up a lot of gaming time - just too much for me to enjoy to completion sadly!

With the current service being provided by xbl, offline games could be the way of the future ;)

I know you`ve already bought it now, but anyway.

Can`t comment on ME - doesn`t look to be my type of game so I probably wouldn`t buy it anyway. AC is decent, but I`ve quickly got bored of it. I`ve given it a good few hours, but after having not played it for a week or two, I`ve got no desire to go back to it.

K&L got really poor reviews, so I`d have said to steer clear of it.

Have played 2/3 so can give you my opinion.

I hated Mass Effect, really slow gameplay and very tedious IMHO.

Assassins Creed had a stupidly hard learning curve and then decends into repetition quite badly....been playing it a while but have had no desire to revisit it after a few days off.

Kane and Lynch - not played but not yet met anyone who says its good.

Probably would have been better going for The Orange Box, but it does give me motion sickness

I loved Orange Box. Portal got game of the year on Eurogamer. Now selling on eBay if you`re interested!

Have you tried Flatout? Really fun racing game that should be available on the cheap!

I noticed you`ve got Scene-It in your profile. What do you think? Plugged it in and played it the other day, and got about 120,000 points and half the achievements. :) Really good fun.

I`m about 8 hours into Mass Effect at the mo and loving it. Yeah it is slow paced, but all RPGs are. A nice change to all the FPS on the 360, though Orange Box is awesome too
