Page 1 of n-gage game questions

Hi there. probaly in the wrong forum but here goes anyway. Got an n-gage recently (an old one from a pal) and `got` some games from the web. Put them on the memory card (mmc) after I formatted it and stuck it in. However no joy. Can`t find the games at all, not on the n-gage menu or the memory card one either.
Basically I am stuck. the `games` had several folders in their files I stuck them all on the card - wrong? Do i need special software to play them ala DS/M3DS.

if you mean "proper" N-Gage games (ie, sonic, tony hawks, tomb raider etc) then you need the .blz Blizzard installer, it used to be fairly easy to get hold of, i`ll go look for it & post a link if poss.

EDIT= struggling a bit, but i think i still have my old n gage discs, so i`ll go look, if i find it i`ll host it so you can downoad it, iirc, it works for most symbian phones, letting you use most ngage games... if you want games, there are loads on mininova.org

EDIT X 2 = :( sorry, i must have binned them.. i`ll keep looking for it tho, the last place i saw it was demonoid, it was excellent for old stuff like that shame the sites gone :(

hope it`s what you need, as i say, if it`s proper Ngage games, then it`s deffo the right thing, you need to send the file to the ngage, preferably via bluetooth (thats the easy way) it`s installed as a .sis file, then shows up in the apps on the Ngage :)

hi there. sorry was offline for a few days there. Games i had came from eh.. nova of mini site. seemingly my card (1gb) was too big for the gage to support so i got a 256mb instead. After much huffing and puffing finally managed to get it all sorted.
