Does either X-Box or PS2 output NTSC to Pal 50?

DVD`s i`m talking about, i know i would need a fully wired scart lead and a region x disc but do they convert ntsc to pal 50 or pal 60?

I`m not sure about the X-Box, but the PS2 outputs NTSC type discs as NTSC (not PAL 60 or PAL 50). Of course, this doesn`t matter if you have a fully wired (i.e. RGB) SCART lead and a 60Hz capable TV.

Thanks, thing is that my T.V is only 50Hz so I need a console that converts NTSC to Pal 50, or I could get a nice new T.V I suppose.....
