if you look at this it shows bt got into trouble for telling people off

i have bt used it for 3 months 24/7 always downloading no probs as yet

(if they kick you off the system they loose money it mean they have to terminate your contract that means the loose around about £300 people user a hell of a lot if they did that to every one)
