Help Required with my set-up.

As a newcomer to the world of home cinema any help would be appreciated.
I have a Pioneer 535 DVD connected to a Toshiba 32WD98D Dig. widescreen TV via a good Scart lead and toslink optical interconnect, the system sounds good to me but would it be improved by adding an AMP/receiver etc. also how can I play discs with DTS output.
Have enjoyed browsing the DVD Reviewer Web Site.
Thanks.

Alzie,

The Toshiba rates quite highly in sound quality for a TV, but a proper amp and speaker setup is always going to sound better. How much better will depend on what you buy and how much you`ve got/want to spend.

I don`t believe the Toshiba supports DTS, only Dolby Digital, so the only way you`ll get DTS is via a proper amp.
