Page 1 of DVD Lense Cleaners

Do those lense cleaners you can buy from HMV etc do anygood for DVD players or are they just bull s***e money making things?

If they do do something does anybody recomend a certain make or type?

Sometimes they can take dirt specks off the laser..it just depends how dirty it actually is.

Oh, and when asked "CD or DVD" lens cleaner to my engineer?
He said the one branded for CD as it`s the same, but half the price!

Dont waste your cash, buy the CD one if you want , just keep your discs clean.
