Page 1 of WHATS MISSING ?? HELP PLEASE

I would appreciate any help I can get..
the problem... I have a problem with my P.C ( I am a complete novice )
I recently moved house and since setting up the computer its gone wrong.
I cant access my email- what I mean is the computer wont allow me to view any pop up windows, or follow any links within a site, or view pictures by clicking on links like ` read more` or follow link xyz !
What I get is a blank box on my screen with the microsoft banner across the top !
I have downloaded every type of flash programme going but this doesnt help.
I hope someone can help as Im at a loss now

thanks but how would i do that ?? Im a complete novice and i dont want to wipe out my computer ! what about files ive got stored i dont want to lose them ?

Re-installing Windows is a last-ditch solution that is guaranteed to work, but it needn`t be that drastic. Have a look at this page for possible solutions to the `blank window` problem:

If you are a complete novice, you might want to get someone more knowledgeable to help you with some of those suggestions, especially the bit about file associations.

You really should get into the habit of backing up important files onto CD, so you don`t lose them. It really is worth it for the piece of mind - after all, if your hard drive crashes, you could lose everything.

B4 you formatt your drive.Ask yourself are you running a pop up killer???.this might be stopping your windows coming up.
