What if the phone was never used at all, Are we still likely to incure this charge every month regardless!

Did you opt to pay your bill by direct debit, as I remember you will get charged if you dont pay by direct debit.

I signed up to pay via D.D. not cheque and also I ordered 2 handsets obviously to use its facilities, But I will ring them shortly as I know how hard it is to get through.
