Page 1 of Samsung v200 (help needed)

I have just recieved my Samsung V200 phone and I am having difficulty using the EasyGPRS software. I have installed the software and whenever I click on the program i get the following message "Cannot open port and this program is switched in offline mode. After, try to switch in online". I then read the manuel and it say I have to install the Samsung GPRS Modem from the control panel? Why do I have to do that when I don`t have a samsung modem?It was much easier trasfering data when I had the T100. Can anyone help me out?
