Page 1 of Huntley found GUILTY of both murders

Nothing more to say.

Maxine Carr found not guilty of assisting an offender, but guilty of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

No great surprises there then. That result seemed particularly apparent when the Judge gave them the majority verdict earlier, then they came back quite quickly. They were 11-1 on both the murder charges.

Hope the bastard rots in Jail, and I would`nt be suprised if he`s bumped off ot tops himself in the next few years.

I hope the parents can get some peace now that Justice has been done.

He`s been given two life sentences. What is not clear to me at the moment is whether or not they run concurrently. Whatever, at least the parents of these girls have now seen some sort of closure.
