Wrestlemania XX - anyone watch it? *spoliers*
just finally recovering from the 5 hour long-haul last night and looking back is it me or was it a little underwhelming? maybe i was sucked in by all the surrounding hype, but it all seemed the same as any other event and no effort had gone into celebrating the fact that it was wrestlemania xx.
as for the matches i thought it was a mixed bag. the biggest let down had to be brock vs goldberg. what shouldve been arguably the biggest match of the night was a catastrophe! it was possibly the worst wrestlemania match of all time. also it sucked that the rock and mick foley lost to evolution. zzz...
highlights were cena and show, taker and kane and the triple threat match. thank god HHH lost. it was becoming ridiculous him keep winning.
also the hall of fame was very lame. it seemed jesse ventura was only there to gain popularity fo his political pursuits.

Why was Brock vs. Goldberg such a letdown?
I`m not a massive fan of wrestling, and wouldn`t have minded watching it. Best fights are the bras and panties! :p
By the way, did you know Vince McMahon was executive producer on The Rock`s new film "The Rundown/Welcome to the Jungle"? Interesting, eh? :D

Generally a good event, better than the mundane events of the past year.
Brock v Goldberg was a let down though, could have been so much more than a little tussle. Should have been the match of the night.
I have to say, that I always preferred the old style Survivor Series Elimination tournaments the best, would like to see that brought back.

Vince was executive producer on the Scorpion King as well!
I thought Mania 20 was a bit of a letdown too. It just felt like a `normal` ppv to me. Why did they not hold it where Mania 19 was? That would have made it feel like the special event that it was meant to be.
Brock vs Goldberg was pants! It should have been a tension filled action packed "slobberknocker" - to quote Jr. To be honest for the first 5 minutes I thought they were both gonna just decide to break character, shake hands and walk out - seeing as it was meant to be boths last match. It was awful just watching them stand there and do nothing.
I was pleased Cena beat the Fat Show. He has become really entertaining to watch over the last year and has had some good matches.

Do they still wheel out naked women at PPV`s?
I went to watch Insurrection at the NEC a few years ago (drunk student, long story) and was pleased to see Jaqueline get her big, silicon waps out.
Bonus!
