Why do I get `Page Not Found` everytime I click on Support @ SCAN !!!!

Sent my faulty SC-2000 player back to them on saturday (early non-upgradeable version) and now waiting for my shiny new replacement. I thought someone said you can track your returns number from their website ? if so how ??

Just been to there site and its working for me.
there is a note at the bottom about it not working with netscape.

I`m using IE5 and have tried various PC`s it never works on any !!!!!!!!!
