just seen the news about ken bates taking over leeds. i`m not really sure what he`s done wrong in the past, i`m not very well informed.
is he good for leeds or not?

If I were a Leeds fan I`d be extremely concerned. There are, in my humble opinion, very few people with a reputation for being such a sleazy, dodgy toerag than Bates.

No one is any good for Leeds. They are well and truly stuffed for cash and thats not going to get any better any quicker whoever goes in there

He doesn`t seem particularly likeable, but nobody else was throwing money at Leeds. Its been said they were days away from administration (and a 10 point penalty). Time will tell I guess.

Is Ken Bates a bad thing for Leeds?...er....could things be any worse?...if it avoids a 10 point deduction for going into administration its a good thing....if it stops us getting sucked into another relegation battle its a good thing....if it gives stability to the club..its a good thing....any situation other than the one we were in (and still are to an extent) is a good thing...
Should I buy Leeds or develop a means of bringing dinosaurs to back life?..hmmm kinda the same thing realy....can I get them back into the premiership....Nature will find a way :D
