Page 1 of Going for a job interview tomorrow

I`m going for a job int. I`m nervous as hell, but the job is a lot more money and better shifts. I went to look for the place tonight,i`m going to have to get a scooter to get there,its actually nearer to me than my current workplace but theres no bus service that goes anywhere near. I hate it when they say why do you want to work for us,well more money and better hours is the main one do I just tell hem that & when they also say have you any questions and I can never think of one.

Just try to relax as much as possible (not always easy, I know) so they can get a sense of the `real` you - that`s the only advice I have.

When I went for an interview prior to starting at the BXL/BP Chemicals and they asked me why I wanted this job in particular I answered them honestly.
I answered that the reason was very simple, I was after a better paying job than I was in at that time. Must have done the trick as allied to my sparkling wit and natural charm I got the job :D

Anywhooo hermy, I have no idea what you should say when asked "Why etc" other than to be as honest and straightforward as you can. TBH if they do not appreciate honesty then just WTF would they want.

Other than that all I can say is the very best of luck tomorrow.

A friend recently had an Interview, when she was asked if she had any questions she asked the interview panel what they enjoyed/found most rewarding about working for that organisation. I thought that was a good question. I would probably be to nervous to hear the answers though.
