Page 1 of Circus people and thier posters.

Once every so often we get the circus lads coming round asking if they can put some poshters up in da windous.

"no" I say "As I would like people to see what we are selling not you"

"on yer walls then"

"no thank you"

"can I leave you shom flyers den"

"ok, just a few"

"huy abouit a poshter for yer shtok room"

"no"

They then walk out most disgrutled.

Why do they feel they have a right to advertise for free? I think I may head of to the circus with an arm full of posters for me and ask if I can put them up.

I guess it was so all my 2 staff would see it. Or it had a radio device in it so they can detect where my stock room is, so they can tunnel in and rob me blind.

Maybe they have to meet a certain quota of posters put up, so if it goes up in your stock room at least they can tell their boss there is one up in your shop?

No. You get free tickets if you say you will put a poster up and then put it in your bin. I don`t want to go to the circus though. There will be clowns there.

used to work in a shop, and if we put a poster up, got free tickets, but as it wasn`t my place i couldn`t put the poster up, boss used to chuck them in the bin, but i kept the tickets!!

when a new club opened up, they asked to put up a poster, said yea ok, got a silver "vip card" so we could go to the club bypass the que (if there was one) get in free, and get the first drinks free!! that was the best bargin,
