Can a Goodmans X-Pro GDVD302R BE MADE TO PLAY MULTI-REGION

Hi all, any help would be great. Saw a Goodmans X-Pro GDVD302R complete with DVD recorder, Amp and 6 speakers for £99.99 at my local store, last one. Looks like a good deal but is it. Is it possible to hack it so it can play all region DVD`s. Thanks for reading this and best wishes.....

Pop over to the multi-region pages (under the information tab) and have a look there

Hi Stantz. Been through all the Goodmans multi-region pages for Goodmans but unable to find any hack for the Goodmans X-Pro GDVD302R. Found one for the Goodmans GDVD307R ? , no idea if this would work for the GDVD302R. Anyhow, thanks for your time and best wishes.

You could give it a go. Players with similar names invariably have similar software, albeit with small changes, warranting the name change

Hi again. You have a very good point here, the software inside these machines could be very much the same...Only one for sale , seems a good deal for £100 ?...Might be worth taking a risk...not really too sure in what I should do. At this time Dixons are selling a Goodmans GDVDR305DVBT DVD Recorder for £150 which includes Freeview inside or a Goodmans GHDD177DV DVD Recorder with a HDD for £160 . I give up....Better to get a cold beer out of the fridge and switch the video on. Too much stuff for sale out there....Thanks.

If you want a multi-region machine then I suggest you buy one that is multi-region from the box rather than taking a gamble.

YES, the gamble...not worth it. Lots of interesting machines out there. Will check out richersounds and www.ebuyer.com. Thanks.
