Merryment of the season, one and all.

Any of you chaps expecting mail or in this case not a letter but a parcel from America ?

It was sent from Virginia on the 15th and sod all has happened.

Anyone in the same boat or works for the P.O and knows what "by-the-beard-of-Zus" is going on ?

Could have hit customs problems. My parcel from my mate in California took about a week to get here this year & arrived about 4 days before Christmas. Most years it`s about that, but 2 years ago it was almost a month because of customs, even though the contents were much the same.

Maybe the letter from America walked 500 miles and 500 miles more just to be the letter that walked 1000 miles
