ha ha.. Its funny how this has spread. The real Guy Kewney writes for the same magazine and web site as I do.. Nothing like this ever happens to me though. Probably because the only time I went on the BBC I waved my hands around like I was trying to scare off bees and said more errs and aaahs than you`d hear in the ENT department of a hospital..

The look on his face when he realises they`ve got the wrong bloke is priceless and the way he just bulls***s his way through is genius.

i think its more a case that he thinks that everyone who knows anything about technology, wirelessness and er... people called Guy, would know that he was a white beardy man....

I dont think he should be worried about people thinking he is incompetant in his field, he should be more worried about his posting of a histrionic `dont you know who I am?` rant because a receptionist couldnt pick a pasty faced technology blogger out of a police line up.
