Problems running `The Mummy Returns`

Can anyone help please? I have just got my region one copy of The Mummy Returns but it keeps freezing in certain places. I have a Samsung 511 on which I used to use the Aiwa remote hack. I have now tried the 38767 hack, which has improved things a lot, but its not quite right yet. Has anyone else had this problem? Could it be a faulty disk?
