Page 1 of Ebay foreign buyer

I`m guessing most people on here are sick of ebay threads, but here I go anyway...
I was selling two sets of tops both were bought by someone in Estonia, my listing said `United Kingdom Only`, but they still bought them, I`m not gonna send them to Estonia, it`s not worth the hassle for six quid, plus they`re a new member.
I`ve messaged them telling them this, so can I just give a second chance offer to the other bidder or do I have to wait for them to reply? Plus they have the chance to give me feedback now, could be their revenge!

Except that the buyer could be nasty and leave a negative - but he shouldn`t, as you`ve done nothing wrong - plus he knows that you can also neg him back, so as a new user, I`m sure that`s the last thing he wants!

same as hulk said but would add that in future when you list there is a section saying `Buyer Requirements`, in that you can specifically block bidders from other countries than those you ship to (also you can block people with neg feedback etc), it saves a lot of hassle from the outset
