Cant remember what it is called, but I do remember watching a documentary on it, if I remember rightly its actually a cold war era Russian design which the yanks took up.
A sort of a cross between a plane and a boat and very fast.
Scares me just looking at it!

It looks likef there is a small dinghy on top and also that the thing in the middle can be lowered and has an engine - also a boat.
