Shot in the dark,but anyone got/know where to get an MP3/sound of Leslie Phillips saying "Well hellooooo" or "Ding Dong" ?
Tried t`internet (carry on websites)
Tried Limewire.
For my phone`s text tone.

Cor, you got a better phone than me, Bowfer. Mine doesn`t do MP3`s! (It`s polyphonic and takes photos, so I`m not that out of date! ;))

Cool idea. If mine did it, I`d be keen on that one too.

sorry no, but I had a similar prob trying to d/load the `Allo `Allo theme toon for my "hilarious" holiday vid. You`d think it`d be easy... the electric interweb just ain`t geeky enough.

Nope,I`m stumped.
Can`t find him saying it on yahoo or google.
Quite incredible really.
It`s certainly a readily recognised catchphrase,I`d have thought. :/

found this audio book clip on Amazon... you get a "helloooo" at the beginning

will need a bit of editing tho`.

I`ll dig into my freebie DVDs and see if there is a Carry On comedy collection with Mr Phillips in.. Won`t take long to take the audio from that..

I binned a lot of my `free with The Sun/Mirror/NotW` DVDs a few weeks back, so there are no guarantees..

I think the most popular DVD audio grab I did was from Bruce Almighty.. when Evan is reading the news.. :D There weren`t many people around here without that as a message alert/ringtone!!

That Amazon audiobook clip would work,as I have a trimming programme.
If only I could figure out how to save the file so I could edit it ! :/
There isn`t a `save` or `save as` option on the player.
