Page 1 of Asda will be selling the £9 DVD Players again - but when?

There was an article in the Guardian this week about cheap products (jeands - electrics etc). It said that ASDA will be selling 80,000 £9 DVD players again sometime soon.

Does anyone know any more?
Like, when?
Are they any good?
Do they do R1 discs?

For 9 squid............. not a lot of cop i would suspect....

This sounds very much like the Harry-Potter-books for a fiver. When you get there, there is none left :/

I really wouldn`t bother with them to be honest. We (my close family members) got 7 between us last time and not one of them still worked after a month.
