This has gone much too far. All the news is of their every moment as they leave Portugal. The story is not that newsworthy. The press are said to be paying other passengers large sums of money to take there seats on the plane. I can`t see why? 1... the McCann`s would be stupid to talk to the press at the moment & .... 2. Haven`t we seen enough photo`s of them already to last a lifetime. I now avoid any paper with their picture or another made up story in.

And I`m sure there will be blanket media coverage of their arrival back in the UK, their return to their home village, their visit to see parents and family, and twice as much if they are asked to return to Portugal for further questioning.

The media will be having a field day....why.....because unlike our legal system, they get sod-all out of the Portuguese police and therefore have to "make-up" their time slots with theories and coverage of irrelevancies.

The McCanns got the media involved in the first place and there is obviously a huge amount of interest other the press would have moved onto something else by now. If, like me, you`re not interested, don`t watch the news or buy a tabloid.

I agree but I like to turn on the news in the morning & watch the news about everything not totally about the McCanns that won`t further my interest, however it was turned off today & the tabloid with the least about the McCann`s in it tomorrow will be the one I buy.

I thought you would have seen enough t*ts on the top two steps of the podium today. Not to mention pr*ck number one collection the constructor award. :D

I rather rudely got got woke up on sunday morning (that`s another story) so I put on News 24 to see what was up with the world. When I saw they were coming home and flying in to east midlands I thought about having a drive up there. it is only 25 mins up the road and I fancied
grabbing my camera and joining in the media scrum. Nothing to do with the McCanns, just for the laugh and to see what the intensity felt like. Bed won over though. Does wanting to do that make me a bad person?
