i have hacked my wharfedale player using the 0123 code,can this code be reversed back to R2 only?

Yes you can,If you bother to check this site youll find:-To return it to region 2 only do the following:
1. Open the tray.
2. Insert region 2 disc. Do not close the tray.
3. Press Return on the remote.
4. Press Play on the remote.

This doesn`t appear to work on any Wharfedales! Nobody on uk.media.dvd has confirmed that it works on their machine.

The following works on the first batch, and probably on the newer DTS logo 750s too:

From the DVD logo screen,

1) open drawer (don`t need a disk)
2) press ZOOM on remote
3) press RETURN on remote.

The 750 will revert to standby, and factory default settings will be applied (such as 4:3 PS, region 2 only etc).
