Good.

I would imagine that there will probably be a commercial clamour for this eventualyl (although not from me) and that this will eventually get a commercial release...

Go that way, really fast. If something gets in your way, turn...

And those who dance will spin and turn,
And those who wait will wait no more,
And those who talk will hear the words,
And those who see will fade and die,
And those who laugh will surely fall,
And those who know will always feel their backs against the thin wall...

They bought it as a thank you for the millions of sales she`s generated for them. As for commercial release, it`ll never happen. T`was part of the condition of sale.

Interesting article here about the book, as amazon gives slight reviews to each story. Also, from the comments, it appears they`re going to be taking the book on some kind of school tour. Must be an american thing

I was dismayed to read the article, until I got to this bit
Quote:
Net proceeds from this Standard Edition and the Collector`s Edition support of the Children`s High Level Group, a charity co-founded in 2005 by J. K. Rowling and Emma Nicholson MEP to make life better for vulnerable children.

Which made me a happy bunny

Edit - as did this...

Quote:
"I am therefore delighted to announce that, thanks to the generous support of Bloomsbury, Scholastic and Amazon - and with the blessing of the wonderful people who own the other six original books - The Tales of Beedle the Bard will now be widely available to all Harry Potter fans." - JK Rowling

I`ll be buying it; or at least getting someone to buy it for me as a present!

I can`t wait to own a house with a library! :D
