I guess they have some gadget for tracking laps.

It is a bit insane though. ;)

They look like a fun, dynamic group of individuals.

Imagine on of them coming of the track and hitting you on the head/face.

I think the three things that amazed me where:

1) How those things gripped as well as they did at that speed and not fly off more, must have a heck of a lot of downforce
2) How on at least one occasion a car has come off and a guy is putting it back on the track and not taking out other cars in the process
3) How the judge can notice that a car is in the way and order a pause

Seriously, we need that judge to be the 4th referee for penalty decisions in footie.
