Page 1 of Star Wars Episode 2 - first review!

Not sure if you`ve seen this but (alledgedly) Harry on http://www.aint-it-cool-new.com has seen a rough cut of the new Star Wars film.

Check it out, give your opinions! Sounds as if it could be the best one yet.

I read that, but im suspicious. Harry is a big player down in the states, but the review does not sound like something he would write, im waiting for a site update to comfirm its not hackers of a joke.

You have to admit though that it does sound quite real. There`s stuff in there you get the feeling he couldn`t have made up (apart from maybe the Yoda fireball thing?). I`m pretty sure it`s not a hoax, but we`ll have to see. Probably best to keep checking theforce.net as they`re pretty reliable.

well im pretty convinced hes for real, although i could be wrong. apparently hes appeared on national american tv giving his views on the film. well hes certainly got me drooling......

Do you not think he gave away a little too much? There was no need to go to the extent that he did in describing some sequences. I had to skim through some of it for fear of it giving away the Palpatine/Sidious "Machavellian" twist. Suprised the review hasn`t been taken down yet. I`ve noticed though from looking on theforce.net that they haven`t really given the review much coverage. Perhaps they don`t believe it?

I`ve read that Lucasfilm spokeswoman Lynn Hale said, "We don`t know how he could have gotten a copy of it, but we`re glad he liked the film." Which sounds slightly suspicious, considering the tightness of security usually. Hmmmm....

The Yoda fireball scene is 100% true. i have seen pictures of Yoda catching the fire ball and returning it to its sender! This scene is also being used in the billboard magazine to advertise the Movie soundtrack which is being made available in 4 covers; Yoda, Jango Fett, Anakin/Amidala and the new Movie Poster picture.

Wow - cool! This film has high expectations, and it seems like it may just live up to them! I can`t wait!
