That division of the Dubai Police Department is made up of former jockeys. Those rotary blades have precisely the right amount of horse power.

Would be useful for direct crossing over the top of Dubai roundabouts.

When I was there, if there was a big que at the roundabout and they wanted to take the first right, all the 4x4 offroader's just did a diagonal shortcut across the desert sand, missing out the roundabout completely and joined the road further on.
