Page 1 of quick launch for nt4

at work we have nt4 and recently i have lost the quick lauch toolbar. I have e-mailed our i.t dept (or should i say a room were 2 monkeys smash their hands against the computer allday long) but they do not have any ideas.

any sugguestions are welcome.

Maybe the monkeys have better things to do.......
