Liverpool hoping for Man Utd win?

Liverpool have been trying to get their game against Blackburn rearranged from 5th to 8th May, the same day as Man Utd/Arsenal, because they are worried that Man Utd or Arsenal will know what to do if the Liverpool/Blackburn game goes ahead on the 5th. Blackburn have agreed as long as they are safe by Sunday night.

I cant believe that Liverpool actually want Man Utd to beat Ipswich just so they can play on the 8th, and even worse why are they so worried about a home fixture against a team 4 points from relegation. Hardly the actions of confident title contenders.

Never mind the title race!......what about the bottom of the table?

I`m praying for an Ipswich result against Man Utd tomorrow....unlikely, I know, but that plus a Charlton win against the Makems (Sunderland), and it`ll make for a very nervous last day on wearside!!!!

As you might guess from this, and my username, I`m a Newcastle supporter, and nothing would cap this season better, than us being in the champions league next season, and the SMB`s being back in Division One, where they belong

(SMB - Sunderland fans will know what this means!)
