RIGHT I HAVE SET MY DVD TO MULTI REGION, AND I HAVE SET MY MACROVISION TO 2 BUT SCREEN FLASHES LIGHTER AND DARKER I ASSUME THATS THE MACROVISION, SO I HAVE ALSO TRIED 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 IN TURN BUT STILL THE SAME SO WHY IS IT PEOPLE SAY YOU DASABLE THE MACROVISION AND STILL SEEMS TO F... UP WHAT ELSE CAN I TRY.......

Paul you could try this which I found on another site..........All regions
on player front press open
on remote
Press 7, 7, enter
You are now in the setup page (normally hidden from customers)
Change region to 13 (region free) and while you are there turn Macrovision off
You now have a region free player that you can copy DVDs to VHS on.

JUST BUY A MACRO BUSTER FROM ANY COMPUTER FAIR PLUG IT INTO YOUR DVD PLAYER AND HEY PRESTO MACRO DISABLED
