Page 1 of How can I play CD-R`s on my Samsung 511 DVD Player

I`ve used the Thompson hack on my Samsung player to make it multi-region but cannot play CD-R`s. Is there any way to hack it for this aswell?

No, you just need to use certain brands of cdr, do a search on this forum you should find the brands that work.

Princo Branded 24 speed may work some success on a M105.
May get samples if you search & order from.

ive just bought an m105 are there any cd r that it will play because i cant find the discs you where talking about.

Follow the link I have posted get the phone No and phone ask if the original Princo disc are available I do believe they have been bought by Rytek and the disc may be difficult to find.

Sorry to confuse the issue
Rytek have recently started marketing disc called Data Safe not the right coating !

Princo also have manufactured Data Safe they have the coating you require they are recommended for fussy C.D. players and DVD players they are the only manufacturer to use this coating sorry can`t remember the name of it.
