i have tried the hack and cant get it to work.
please help....

i`ve got the hack to work but it wont play rce discs.
have i done something wrong.

To get the hack to work you need to go into the system menu, move down to the remote, move over to remote control used and change it to dvd player, press OK exit the menu and do the hack again but enter the 121 212 005 255 numbers instead.

Don`t forget to change the remote back over to dvd recorder.

The first Rce disk I tried was the charlie`s angels disk, it wouldn`t play, I ejected the disk but left it in the tray and pressed the stop button on the front of the unit (not the remote) and while keeping my finger on the stop button I also pressed the record button. it took the disk back in and played, also done it with the patriot disk.

tried charlies angels-patriot-hollowman.
stll no joy.

Just tried it with hollowman and a knights tale, took 3 goes before it started playing hollowman, 1st try with knghts tale,

If it doesn`t work with stop,play try Record and play it`s a pain but it does tend to play after a few goes.

I have tried to follow the remote hack method described on this site but with no success. I have even bought oneforall 6 (URC 7562). The correct setup code for this handset is 0646. However when i press the MAGIC button, followed by code 085 this causes the machine to simply scan and the words NO DISC and channel setting is displayed. I`ve not yet managed to get the player to display the 12 digit code. Do i need to use the URC7560 or is there a different MAGIC code required. If anyone can help it would be very much appriciated.
