i bought mine today but cant get the hack to work either

At first I tried the hack and it never worked, but I noticed I had a DVD in the machined. So I took it out, tried the hack again and it worked.

I attempted the hack today and was able to enter the `0` code for no region coding and yet my European DVDs still will not work. Help!
