Page 1 of Grundig TV/DVD Combi

Has anyone got a hack that will make this player multi region?
I`ve not bought one yet so anyone who has got one i would like views on it???

I assume you`re referring to the 14"?

I dunno if there`s a hack out there yet, but I`ll try the usual grundig hacks at work next week.

have you sold many, the ones i`ve sold the customers haven`t been back in yet to give me an opinion of performance, my only doubts would be widescreen play back on a 14" Tv

Nope, haven`t sold that many, but I think you can set it to "4:3" pan and scan.
Another screwup by Grundig..a DVD and non widescreen TV combi!!

Anyways...have you considered an Aiwa 370 and seperate portable?

The Aiwa is under 200 quid, so that gives ya around £150 for a telly and a vcr...the Grundig VCR is crud anyways.....

i was thinking about getting the 21" sammy tv with a separate dvd player i`ve not seen the aiwa but i`ve had no problems with my 709

I`ve had SEVEN players to date, including TWO sammy 709`s and a Pie&ear 525!!

Get the Aiwa.
It`s cheaper, does more, and does it BETTER!!!!

Does DSG sell the Aiwa 370 we have not had it.

Nope. Not a DSG line.. and the buyers have no intentions of stocking it.
They do the 170 instead
