Page 1 of Panasonic DVD recorders

Any helpful lad or lassie found a multiregion hack for either of these two Panasonic DVD/Recorders?
DMRE30EBS (very new) or DMRE E20 (Just replaced)
Any thoughts on Philips versus Panasonic in the DVD/Recorder game?

I was talking to a guy in the know today and he said that the panasonic was out selling the phillips 3 to 1
Have you bought one yet i would like some feedback

Thanks for yours and I plan to buy a Panasonic after xmas when (hopefully) the prices get sensible - anticpate delvy early Jan and I will let you know how it is. I have also had the feed back that you got but if you go near a retailer they push the Philips very hard because I think they have hundreds in stock and the Panasonic is hard to get. Regards

If you want a multiregion panasonic DMER30, then try: - Electro centre in Birmingham (cheaper) or Techtronics not in Birmingham (more expensive)

the E30 can be upgraded using a disc/remote from www.modchipsuk.co.uk
