pacific 1002 ntsc-pal 50 converter ?

does anyone know if the pacific 1002 has a ntsc-pal 50 converter built in and can the macro be disabled ?.i`ve just bought one and hacked it for multi region thanks to the hack posted on this site (cheers lads),and that part was a doddle,and it plays anything i chuck in it but i need these questions answering if possible.any help would be appreciated.
