Page 1 of Philips DVDR 880

I have tried the hack for my new DVDR machine that is on this site, and it does not work, i dont know what to do now. I have loads of region 1 DVD`s and need to get it up and running, if anyone could please help me i would be very greatful.

If you are trying to make it multi region you will need a 6 in 1 or 4 in 1 remote. it always shows only 9 dashes i have hacked mine recently with success. trust me it does work. get your self the remotes you cannot do it with out them

I was having probs until I set the region to one (121 212 005 001) and back to two (121 212 005 002) again. I then re-applied the 255 code and it seems to have worked.

The only disk I can`t play is region 1 Spiderman for some reason (RCE?). I thought all disks were supposed to be playable...

As a side note, I only get 9 dashes on my player and I had to use a One For All 6 to get the dashes up (the Philips remote wouldn`t cut it!)
